Every year in October the Kemah Boardwalk presents Boo on the Boardwalk.
This event takes place every weekend through the month of October. Kids can go trick or treating while having fun. Based on the day, kids can participate in activities that are available to them.
My husband and I love to take our little princess since she has so much fun with everything the Boardwalk has to offer. She also enjoys going to each and every shop to get candy. We have taken her every Friday this month and will take her again this Friday. We usually arrive around five o’clock and there is plenty of free parking available. My husband likes to park next to the Starbucks and we begin trick or treating at the shops located in that area. We also make a stop by the cute pumpkin patch for pictures.
As we walk along the Boardwalk, our princess enjoys seeing other kids dressed up in costumes and starts naming all the characters she sees. Once we have completed trick or treating, our princess likes to play in the dancing fountain. An area located by The Aquarium where water shoots up from the ground. I always bring an extra set of clothes for her to change. Fridays in October is also movie night for kids. Last Friday they were showing Hocus Pocus and this Friday they will be showing Goosebumps. Our little one is not much into regular movies unless it is Toy Story III or Spongebob in which she can sit through the whole movie.
Therefore, by the time she is done playing in the water, our little princess is pretty worn out and tired. Ready for bed.
