My toddler and I celebrated Independence Day by making cake pops.
We had so much fun and Savanah was being completely independent of wanting to do everything on her own. Her cake pops are shown below and yes, she did the decorating all by herself. Not bad for a two year old.
Another way I celebrated was by decorating her bedroom and her playroom. It is something I always find myself doing every time a holiday comes around. I find it to be therapeutic and relaxing. I also get so much joy out of seeing the expressions on her face. Her kitchen set is the Farmhouse Kitchen from Pottery Barn Kids. Does anyone else decorate their toddlers room during holidays?
Thanks for stopping by!
