This year we decided to celebrate Independence Day at SeaWorld. It was nice to see everyone dressed in their patriotic outfits of red, white and blue. Savanah had on her patriotic dress the first hour of the morning before changing into her swimsuit.
We spent the majority of our visit at the Bay of Play kids’ area since it has a waterpark and Savanah loves playing in the water. She did get on a few rides but once she spotted the waterpark, it was all over. She didn’t want to see or do anything else but play in the water. Go figure! She was having so much fun at the waterpark and it made me so happy to see her so excited.
SeaWorld San Antonio is always a fun place for me to take the kids. It will always have a special place in my heart since my father helped to create and build it. I still remember how excited he was to be part of the SeaWorld team. He would even take my sister and I on tours around SeaWorld when it was still just land and a big pile of dirt. It is always the best way for me to remember him by.
We had a great time and look forward to visiting again. I hope you enjoyed reading and thanks for stopping by!
